HCG provides grant assistance for homeowners with active Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) who are facing financial hardship. Our services include pre-qualification assessment, application processing, document review, and grant disbursement coordination.
HCG grants are not loans and do not require repayment. Grant funds are disbursed directly to the applicant's HELOC lender via ACH transfer.

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application and potential legal consequences.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. HCG reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion based on eligibility criteria and available funding.
HCG does not charge any fees for grant applications, processing, or disbursement. There are no application fees, processing fees, closing costs, or any other charges associated with the HCG grant program. If anyone requests payment in connection with an HCG grant, it is fraudulent.
The pre-qualification process involves a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. If your application advances to final review, a hard credit inquiry may be performed, which could temporarily affect your credit score. You will be notified before any hard inquiry is conducted.
Approved grant funds are disbursed directly to the applicant's HELOC lender via ACH transfer. Grant funds cannot be disbursed to the applicant personally and may only be used for HELOC and mortgage-related debt relief.
By applying for a HOME CAREGIVING GRANT, you may be providing a security interest in your dwelling. Failure to meet obligations could result in loss of the home.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
